Delivery times are based on when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. During launches, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible but we ask for 3-5 business days due to heavy order influxes. Selecting priority shipping will speed it up once it's in transit but still takes 1-2 business regularly and 3-5 business days on launches.
As soon as the order is shipped out to you, you will receive a handy dandy email so you can track your purchase all the way to your doorstep!
If shipping outside of the United States custom charges may apply... these fees do not come to us they are fees your country charges and we cannot be held responsible for them.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. If you select Priority Shipping, the order will automatically be insured. Ground Mail orders and orders that qualify for free shipping do not get insured. If a package is showing delivered we are not responsible to ship another item. If your package is shown delivered please contact FedEx, and check with neighbors.

We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of purchase. All items must be unwashed and unworn with the tags still on. To initiate the return process email email@example.com.
Please note that holiday apparel is final sale and we cannot accept a return.
